Subscription Cancellation Policy
Clear cancellation terms for monthly and annual MedFitCoach online coaching subscriptions.
1. Subscription Renewal
Monthly and annual coaching plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. The billing period is shown at checkout or in the selected plan description.
2. How to Cancel
You may request cancellation at any time by contacting support@medfitcoach.com or WhatsApp support at +44 7478036418. Please include your full name, purchase email, selected plan, and the reason for cancellation.
3. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will normally continue to have access to any active coaching support until that period ends.
4. Partial Refunds
No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period unless required by law or approved as an exceptional commercial gesture by Medfitcoach Ltd.
5. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, access to coaching support may be paused until payment is completed or the subscription is cancelled.
6. Refund Policy
Cancellation and refunds are separate. Please also review the Refund Policy and Terms of Sale before purchase.
